I work from your existing templates if I have them, or from market-standard wording with a clear note. Drafts only, never sent or signed.

  After reviewing a contract, plan exactly what to push back on. I sort the issues into must-haves, nice-to-haves, and not-worth-fighting, write the exact wording you can paste into your counter-email, and add a fallback if the other side says no. You need to have reviewed the contract first.

• Prepare The Delaware Annual Filing

  Get ready for your Delaware annual report and franchise tax (due March 1 every year). I run the math two ways and pick the cheaper one, which is usually 10x to 100x lower than the scary number Delaware shows by default.
